Warehouse Supervisor

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field., MA or MBA is a Plus
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a supervisory role, in a manufacturing set-up.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
• Knowledgeable in material simulation
• Proven track record in leading and managing teams, including performance evaluation, task delegation, and team development.
• Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining safety compliance and warehouse safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize warehouse workflows, including receiving, storage, and dispatching operations.
