Warehouse Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

• Ensure that all material is readily available at any point of production. Oversee the training, disciplining, scheduling and assigned tasks of warehouse staff / personnel. Communicates Purchasing with vendors/ suppliers and customers to answer questions and respond to complaints. Verify that all orders are accurate prior to ordering & shipping, monitor detailed records of warehouse operation. Summarizes all receiving reports and submits to the Purchasing Department, and reconciles requests against deliveries.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently monitors & reviews receiving and withdrawal of production materials & components for accuracy.
• Ensure the availability of all direct and raw materials based on minimum stock level.
• Ensure that all materials have labels, inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained
• Assigning workloads, daily tasks & schedule overtime (if necessary) to Warehouse personnel....
