Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise and guide warehouse personnel during receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatching of Watsons items.
• Ensure strict compliance with Watsons warehouse procedures, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct random spot checks, and verify proper documentation.
• Coordinate closely with Watsons Supervisors and SSI Operations Team for smooth daily activities.
• Prepare and submit daily manpower reports, attendance, productivity updates, and incident logs.
• Ensure timely movement of stocks and prevent delays in store replenishments.
• Address operational concerns, discrepancies, and damages, and escalate to management when needed.
• Conduct orientation and on-the-job training for newly deployed personnel.
• Enforce discipline, proper work behavior, and adherence to company policies.
• Recommend process improvements to support Watsons warehouse efficiency.
