Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the effective operations of the warehouse. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating the receipt and dispatch of goods, leading warehouse staff, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• 100% inventory accuracy
• Ensure 100% back end and warehouse compliance which includes receiving, storing, withdrawal, RTV, bad order management, premiums management, warehouse management, and safety and security
• Inventory Management
• Ensures compliance to the housekeeping standards
• Inventory variance reconciliation
• Compliance to reporting standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Accounting and Administration related courses
• With atleast 2 years relevant work experience in receiving dispatching unit and knowledgeable on warehouse operations.
