Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The main missions of the role are to:
Ensure timely and accurate product preparation by overseeing the production flow and sequencing system.
Ensure the accurate preparation and loading of finished products onto trucks for on-time delivery.
Continuously monitor shipment progress, ensuring deadlines and customer expectations are met.
Quickly identify and communicate shipment issues to the concerned parties and collaborate on resolutions.
Perform production management using a pull system or Kanban (electronic/physical flow) to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain efficient production line operations and ensure proper feeding of materials to prevent delays.
