Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and quality goals. Ensure accuracy of inventory records through proper stock control and regular cycle counts. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with warehouse procedures and company policies. Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Monitor warehouse performance metrics and recommend process improvements. Requirements:
