We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily sorting center operations at our Melaka facility.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily sorting center operations including physical operations - mainly receiving, sorting, and outbound
• Involve in scheduling, staffing and workflow management, monitoring key performance metrics
• Manage multiple stakeholders – coordinate between building owner, manpower provider, and internal operation teams
• Ensure the operations meet targeted Service Level Agreement (SLA) by demonstrating problem solving and employee coaching/training skills where needed
• Provide daily data reports and identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks and improve efficiency of your team
