Warehouse Supervisor (Temp)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for employee’s performance, development, engagement, discipline, etc.
• Responsible for the performance of standard work within his or her sector or department.
• Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.
• Enforce compliance with quality system and proper application of the defined processes and procedures to meet the required quality level.
• Optimize daily/weekly workload/resources balance (internal, external storage, and freight capacities).
• Adjust MPH (Material Providing and Handling) programs according to customer priorities in the ad-hoc systems (LDS, DISS, …).
• Ensure management of the logistics process: receiving goods, stocking, picking, material handling, and shipping finished goods and wastes.
