Warehouse Supervisor/Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
Monitor and manage inventory of warehouse consumables and equipment
Responsible for overseeing and ensuring attendance, performance, efficiency, and discipline within the warehouse team.
Train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff
Process warehouse layout and workflow for efficiency
Fix and resolve operational escalations whenever required
Requirements:
Possess strong leadership skills to supervise ground staff
Knowledgeable in inbound and outbound process for the warehouse
Proficient in Microsoft excel and word
