Warehouse Team Lead - Afternoon Shift

Job Description

We are excited to welcome applications for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our supportive team in Narangba, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. This role is key in ensuring warehousing, forklift, inventory management and replenishment activities are carried out to Ridley’s high standards, while helping optimise our operations in a collaborative and people-focused way.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading others (2 direct reports), improving processes, and contributing to a positive team culture. This role suits someone with the need for a set shift roster, working 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday, with afternoon shift allowance payable.
