Job Description

Overview
  • Lead the Team and assist Regional Manager in implementing better Extension Model for Farmer connect for CF.
  • Ensuring identification and thereafter sustaining uninterrupted supplies of Potato for the plant – month wise / season wise. Identify / Create / Develop / Grow / Sustain new as well as existing Agro contract farming pockets of Assam
  • Lead the Storage Modernization Agenda in the region assisting Regional Manager
  • Ownership toward Agro key quality and quantity deliverables – CF and NCF buying within PIH specifications
  • Lead the relationship building with local government officials, Mandi Boards office & administrative officers drawing strategic alliance for business & CF sustenance in state of Assam.
  • Transferring knowledge to new members of the team, better on boarding and help them in developing.
