Warehouse Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff
• Ensure accurate receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stocks or cycle counts
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the warehouse
• Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and warehouse policies
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of shipments and deliveries
• Assist in the training and development of warehouse personnel
• Resolve day-to-day issues such as delays, equipment problems, and discrepancies
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments for efficient operations
• Track performance metrics (e.g., order accuracy, dispatch time, staff productivity)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field is preferred
