Warehouse Team Leader

Through Fyte, we are currently seeking a Warehouse Team Leader based in the State of Mexico with more than 5 years of experience for one of our international clients.  Responsibilities: • Lead the respective warehouse organization on an operational level. • Drive the optimization and reduction of warehousing costs in line with productivity targets. • Develop and continuously review the warehousing operation • Recruit, hire, train, and retain for all levels of Warehouse operating personnel Manage workforce through the performance management process to build and maintain a high-performance staff. • Ensure management of the warehouses to achieve the required warehouse quality and service to optimum costs • Minimize environmental influences and manage effectively energy in current warehouse structures. • Identify opportunities to continuously improve the performance in all warehousing processes (inbound, storage, outbound) • Manage the related KPIs and report regularly to top management • ...
