Warehouse Team Leader

The Team Leader is responsible for monitoring daily warehouse or transport activities. He/She will conduct daily toolbox meetings and give instructions to operators, checkers, and pickers based on the operation's daily requirement. The TL will also check inbound/receiving of stocks, put-away activities, outbound/dispatching of orders and inventory. He/She will ensure that the warehouse follows Standard Operating Procedures and maintain safety and cleanliness in the area.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any university or college degree program; undergraduate candidates may also be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent leadership experience in the logistics industry.
• Continuous growth and improvement orientation with a global perspective.
• Effective leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of and established relationships with key local stakeholders.
