Warehouse Team Lead – Swindon / Rotation shifts 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00

Rapier Employment are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to support our well‑known client based in Swindon.

• Job: Warehouse Team Leader
• Pay: £27,500 per annum
• Days: 40 hours per week – 5 out of 7 days
• Hours: Rotating shifts 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00

Job includes:

• Achieve company KPIs and absence management targets while fostering a positive and proactive depot culture.
• Ensure vehicles are loaded with precision and care using appropriate handling equipment, straps, and blankets. Promptly report any damages to guarantee on‑time, in‑full delivery.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures in line with company policies.
• Manage inbound/outbound vehicles in accordance with company procedures.
• Conduct inventory controls for consumables and products.
