Job Description
The Warehouse Team Leader is the officer-in-charge after the supervisor and will be the point person of each warehouse site in terms of its operations. This position reports to the supervisor any concerns and updates in the assigned warehouse site.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees the daily warehouse operations in the assigned warehouse.
Responsible for the efficient processing of orders received by the warehouse.
Manages the overall inventory count in the warehouse and ensures proper cycle count to minimize variance and losses.
Supervises the checkers performance in terms of integrity, accuracy, and efficiency.
Ensures that the warehousemen and operators are strictly following all work instructions and safety practices.
Reviews the current practices and recommends improvement in the warehouse operations to the supervisor.
