Warehouse and Support Staff – Job Description

Warehouse and support staff ensure smooth delivery and pickup of inventory and equipment while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines. Roles often include inventory management, budgets and reporting, fleet management and safety.

Location

This role is on-site 5 days per week in Mississauga and the successful candidate must be located in the Greater Toronto Area.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly understand warehouse operations and logistics.
• Organize and schedule the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory as requested by Program leads or Analysts.
• Maintain inventory and supplies by transferring items, inputting data, and counting when stocks need replenishment.
• Keep warehouse equipment operational by enforcing instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, and calling for repairs.
