Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in disseminating inventory reports.
• Accountable for material traceability, storage/preservations, safety keeping and proper documentation.
• Accountable or inventory variances/losses
• Receive and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders.
• Process and distributes documentation with purchase orders.
• Reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
• Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
• Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Open and unload crates and shipping containers, stocks items in proper storage areas assuring that they are stored properly to minimize damage and that no safety or fire issues exist.
• Arranges the items to keep them clean and in order.
