The Warehouseman is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring construction materials, tools, and equipment in the warehouse. He ensures proper inventory control, cleanliness, and safety of all stored items to support smooth project operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and verify delivered materials against purchase orders and delivery receipts
• Properly store materials following company standards and safety procedures
• Issue materials, tools, and equipment based on approved request forms
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in regular physical inventory counts
• Report damaged, missing, or excess materials to the Warehouse Supervisor or Management
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper labeling of materials
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Site Engineers, and Project Supervisors regarding material requirements
