Job Description
- Receiving of returned items.
- Conducts quality and quantity check of received items.
- Loading of items as designated by the Operations Supervisor.
- Ensures good housekeeping of the assigned Warehouse.
- Re-painting of faded color codes of items.
- Proper stacking of stocks.
- Monitors productivity and efficiency of assigned tasks to workers.
- Assist inspectors during inspection.
- Authorizes withdrawal and monitoring of warehouse supplies and equipment's to ensure that there is no wastage.
- Preparation of items for dispatching
- Checks the daily pick-up list.
- Accepts preparation orders from Dispatch Section (e.g. Sales Order, Delivery Receipt, Barcoding.....)
- Checking of stock availability or status of stocks.
- Supervises warehouse operations performed by workers.
- Should practice non-disclosure of confidential matters.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities...
