Job Descriptions:

The candidate to be chosen will be handling the following tasks:

• Responsible for monitoring and coordinating all incoming and outgoing transactions for parts and finished goods
• Coordinates with third-party supervisors and team leaders on all warehouse-related transactions
• Ensures all documents are properly tallied and verified against dispatch documents prior to subcontractor transfer
• Ensures that all Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions are accurately updated and confirmed on a daily basis
• Checks and validates the actual condition of incoming and outgoing goods, particularly when abnormalities are reported by the third-party warehouse
• Cascades critical operational information to all concerned internal and external parties via text message and email
