Warehousing Assistant

About the Role

The Warehousing Assistant / Technician supports the smooth operation of the company's automatic door business by managing inventory, preparing materials for installations and servicing works, and carrying out basic technical and assembly tasks. This role bridges warehouse operations and on-site technical support, ensuring
technicians are well-equipped and materials are properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Operations

• Receive, check, and record incoming goods (automatic door parts, sensors, motors, control boards, accessories).
• Perform proper storage, labelling, and organisation of inventory in the warehouse.
• Prepare and issue materials, tools, and equipment for installation and servicing teams.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in inventory audits.
• Identify low-stock or obsolete items and report to the Operations Manager.
