Warehousing Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead all warehousing and inventory management activities for PEI and Global Galaxy products.
• Accurately create, update, and maintain operational records using computerized systems.
• Proficiency in SAP warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Uphold product quality and safety standards; maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all work areas.
• Promptly report any irregularities or suspicious activity to the Warehouse Head.
• Monitor and report critical, phase-out, non-moving, and defective stock items to the Warehouse Head.
• Prepare and manage documentation for warehouse stock movements, including Stock Transfer Forms (STF)
• Ensure STF Records for Philteq and Global Galaxy transfers are consistently updated and properly archived.
• Maintain and update packing lists and receiving documents to support traceability and compliance.
