We are looking for a Warranty Administrator (Automotive) to manage warranty claims, documentation, and coordination with manufacturers. This role is ideal for candidates with an automotive background, strong attention to detail, and the ability to drive when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and submit automotive warranty claims accurately and on time
• Review warranty documentation and ensure compliance with manufacturer policies
• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers on warranty matters
• Track warranty claim status and follow up on approvals or rejections
• Maintain accurate records and warranty-related reports
• Support the service team with warranty inquiries and documentation
• Occasionally travel or drive for work-related tasks when required
