Giltrap Group is looking for a Warranty Analyst to join their Aftersales team at European Motor Distributors in Kumeu, New Zealand. In this role, you will support the dealer network for Audi, Volkswagen, ŠKODA, and CUPRA brands by adjudicating warranty claims, reviewing processes, and conducting dealer meetings. The ideal candidate will have an attention to detail, strong communication skills, and either automotive knowledge or a willingness to learn.
