Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Verify and process warranty claims: Review job cards, repair orders and technician notes to ensure claims meet OEM requirements.
· Ensure accurate documentation: Compile all supporting documents, including photos, diagnostic reports and parts information.
· Submit claims to OEM systems: Capture, submit and track claims through the Isuzu warranty portal.
· Monitor claim status: Follow up on pending, rejected or queried claims and resolve issues promptly.
· Maintain warranty records: Keep organized digital and physical records of all claims, approvals and payments.
· Coordinate with workshop and parts teams: Communicate requirements, missing information and claim outcomes.
· Ensure compliance with OEM policies: Stay updated on warranty guidelines, bulletins and procedural changes.
· Assist with audits: Prepare documentation and support internal and external warranty audits.
