HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT

• Oversee activities and inspections carried out by the service facility on railway vehicles
• Maintain customer contact regarding operations and complaints
• Ensure the accuracy of data entered into the service system by service employees
• Monitor KPI compliance, including controlled vehicle downtime during complaint handling
• Initiating and maintaining dialogue with suppliers regarding expected solutions, identified issues, open points...
