Warranty Manager   
Location: Athen, Greece 
Workload: 100%

Key responsabilities  
Responsible for Warranty related communication with customers to plan and settle the claims: Coordinate boarding the ship, spare parts, work execution, reporting and finances. 
Be the primary technical contact for the Vessels owner as well as our WinGD specialists  
Follow-up ongoing warranty claims in coordination with global and local warranty team. 
Remote troubleshooting & technical communication with ship-owner and WinGD specialists. 
Prepare commercial quotation for warranty tasks when requested 
Attend and prepare (technical & financial summary and facts) for periodical settlement meetings with licensees. 
Co-ordinate internal or other service partners to plan and execute warranty repairs or modifications.
