Warranty Processor

I. JOB OBJECTIVES: (WARRANTY PROCESSOR)

• Administer all agreed warranty claims, ensuring that all necessary documentation and parts for return are processed in line with the vehicle warranty procedures and maintaining customer satisfaction at all times.
• Establish and employ the standard operating procedure for preparing, keeping records and submitting warranty claims to Nissan Philippines Inc. and/or authorized supplier and reconciling them accordingly.
• Sustainability of 100 percent approval rate achievement and credited payment settlement by Nissan Philippines Inc.

II. DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the primary liaison person between Nissan Philippines Inc. and Nissan Commonwealth, Inc. regarding customer warranty claims.
