Warranty Processor

I. JOB OBJECTIVES: (WARRANTY PROCESSOR)
Administer all agreed warranty claims, ensuring that all necessary documentation and parts for return are processed in line with the vehicle warranty procedures and maintaining customer satisfaction at all times.
Establish and employ the standard operating procedure for preparing, keeping records and submitting warranty claims to Nissan Philippines Inc. and/or authorized supplier and reconciling them accordingly.
Sustainability of 100 percent approval rate achievement and credited payment settlement by Nissan Philippines Inc.
II. DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative and System
Act as the primary liaison person between Nissan Philippines Inc. and Nissan Commonwealth, Inc. regarding customer warranty claims.
Maintain knowledge of various warranty programs such as recall, repair, safety notices, and technical bulletins.
Prepare and maintain all warranty documents according to distributor and manufacturer requirements.<...
