Job Description
I. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative and System
- Act as the primary liaison person between Nissan Philippines Inc. and Nissan Commonwealth, Inc. regarding customer warranty claims.
- Maintain knowledge of various warranty programs such as recall, repair, safety notices, and technical bulletins.
- Prepare and maintain all warranty documents according to distributor and manufacturer requirements.
- Be the primary resource for the department on the administration and application of the customer's warranty which means – facilitating warranty claims of customers which may also mean rejection of non-valid/out-of-warranty claims.
- Monitor and Coordinate with accounting and audit to ensure all claims are settled accordingly.
- Performs the duties of Aftersales Training Coordinator.
- Carry out other related duties as may be required by the immediate supervisor in attaining target work and quality objectives.
