Waste Management Driver

About your new role:

We are actively looking for experienced and dependable HR Drivers to join our local government team in parks, roads maintenance and waste management department. We have clients located in Port Melbourne, Epping, Coburg and Keilor Park. Opportunities for day shift positions, offering competitive compensation ranging from $35 to $40 per hour, with overtime and weekend work is available.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• Daily operation of HR vehicles, driving HR-class vehicles to transport waste materials, ensuring compliance with all road safety regulations.
• Vehicle maintenance of your HR truck, including conducting regular inspections to ensure it meets safety and operational standards.
• Traffic control to direct vehicles and pedestrians during council road works, renovations or other construction projects.
