Waste Management Operator

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Execute waste management operations according to company policies and safety standards.
• Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of waste processing and disposal activities.
• Identify and report safety hazards or process improvements.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in waste management, industrial operations, or a related field is a plus.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Good interpersonal skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.

Working Conditions
