Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Execute waste management operations according to company policies and safety standards.
Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or operational issues.
Maintain accurate records of waste processing and disposal activities.
Identify and report safety hazards or process improvements.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in waste management, industrial operations, or a related field is a plus.
Skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Good interpersonal skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.
Working Conditions
This role is 100% onsite.
Exposure to operational environments, chemicals including waste processing areas.
Must adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE as required.
