My job Waste, Water Treatment Plant Operator Location: Carrickmacross Hours: 42 hours a week We're looking for a motivated Waste, Water Treatment Plant Operator to join our Carrickmacross site. This permanent, hands-on role offers the opportunity to take ownership of plant performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement in water and waste management. What you'll do: Maintain effluent treatment plant operations, ensuring discharge remains within EPA IEL & regulatory licence parameters. Accurately measure, record, and report environmental data (COD, BOD, pH, temperature, flow) for internal and external compliance. Create, update, and implement procedures for plant operation and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct daily floor audits to support environmental management systems and reduce waste.
