Water Efficiency Technician

• Conduct Home Water Efficiency Checks at customers’ properties on behalf of the client.
• Conduct water efficiency surveys by engaging customers with behavioural questions and provide advice on water usage along with recommendations for potential savings.
• Measure water flow rates accurately.
• Inspect for and repair minor leaks.
• Install water‑saving devices and products.
• Use handheld digital tools to record water flow measurements and report findings accurately.
• Liaise with internal departments, contractors and suppliers to investigate issues or arrange further works where required.
• Maintain and manage stock of water‑saving equipment and ensure correct usage and documentation.
• Always adhere to Health and Safety regulations, policies and procedures.
