Water Engineer/ WASH Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the leadership of the Humanitarian Manager at CBN Ghana, the WASH Project Manager is responsible for providing management and technical oversight in CBN-Operation Blessing Ghana’s Clean Water programs to develop effective WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) strategies and projects throughout Ghana. This individual will oversee the management, general administration, design, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of the WASH programs and projects to ensure each achieves its goal and desired outcomes.



DUTIES AND TASKS:



1. Establish relationships and processes with local governments to research and identify potential communities in need of a clean water system.

2. Conduct field visits to the prospective beneficiary communities. Evaluate each in terms of legal and technical constraints for a successful project (landowners, topography, quantity, and quality of water source, etc.).
