Water Resources Engineer II

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed civil engineer or agricultural engineer with knowledge in hydrology, hydraulics and water resources engineering
• Preferred software skills: ArcGIS/QGIS, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, AutoCAD, Civil3D, SWAT, SWMM
• Professional writing and communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities

Technical Functions (Subject-Matter Expertise)

• Conduct advanced analyses and design in the core domains of water resources engineering, depending on department assignment, including:
• Hydrology & Hydraulics (applies across both departments)
• Rainfall–runoff modeling (HEC-HMS, SSA, or equivalent).
• Hydraulic simulations for rivers, creeks, esteros, and urban drainage networks (HEC-RAS 1D/2D, MIKE, or equivalent).
