Water Resources Project Manager

Leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Water Resources Project Manager for their Cleveland team! Responsibilities: Lead/manage site development design projects Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and on budget Manage professional service contracts Prepare contract proposals/project budgets Monitor project status and complete project status reports Manage project invoicing/accounts receivable Prepare/manage sub-consultant agreements Build/maintain client relationships Keep current on regional regulatory agencies and permit requirements Direct/coordinate land development and environmental resource permitting Manage delivery of engineering projects Implement QA/QC programs Resolve technical and personnel issues Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering 8+ years of civil/site development experience PE License Experience preparing civil engineering calculations (stormwater, potable water hydraulics, sewer and storm hydraulics, hydrology) Experience using ...
