Water Sports Supervisor

Job Summary: The Water Sports Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all water sports activities and ensuring the safety, enjoyment, and satisfaction of guests participating in aquatic programs.

This role involves managing equipment, supervising instructors and lifeguards, maintaining high safety standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations of all water sports activities, including kayaking, paddleboarding, windsurfing, jet skiing, snorkeling, parasailing, and other related activities.

Ensure guest safety by enforcing all safety rules and procedures.

Train, schedule, and manage water sports staff including instructors, lifeguards, and beach attendants.

Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure all gear is properly maintained, stored, and ready for use.

Coordinate and deliver water sports lessons and guided excursions as needed.
