Water Supply Team Manager

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Water Team as a Water Supply Team Manager working with colleagues to deliver excellent Water Services for our customers, communities and the environment.

In this role, you will oversee a team of operators and be responsible for the day to day running of a Water Treatment Works. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality and water volumes are maintained and be responsible for driving continuous improvement. Key focusses are on compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring that health and safety remains a top priority at all times.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing a team. Whilst previous water experience is desirable, this role offers full training to support the successful candidate to complete the various technical aspects of this role.
