• Supervise and lead operators in the daily operation and maintenance of the Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).
• Ensure all plant operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with SOPs and DOE requirements.
• Monitor plant performance, equipment condition, and treatment process efficiency.
• Plan and oversee maintenance, servicing, calibration, and repair activities for plant equipment and instruments.
• Review and ensure proper updating of operational records, chemical consumption, testing results, and service reports.
• Monitor sludge handling, chemical usage, housekeeping, and overall site conditions.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, GMP practices, and company policies.
