• Identify and Resolve Customers Technical Issues – assist customers translate technical instructions, monitor technical support e‑mails, track customer support requests, identify and resolve issues.
• Manage customer relationships – accommodate order preferences, communicate the status of open requests to customers and follow up to verify that solutions are successful, provide information on new products and product accessories, quotations on commercial and residential equipment.
