DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads and directs his team to ensure the key responsibilities of the Project Specialist are delivered timely and satisfactorily.
• Manages the Project Department and provides analytical reports and recommendation to Senior Management related to water quality issues.
• Works closely with business partners to resolve issues and concerns related to water service level (availability, pressure, and quality).
• Develops, reviews, and implements operational policies and procedures to meet the standard quality parameters for the best customer service.
• Proposes CAPEX and ensures on-time project realization.
• Reports and coordinates with the Business Cluster Head regarding recommendations for continual improvement and corrective actions related to projects concerns.
• Participates in and performs special projects that will contribute to the overall success of the business.
