Careplus International Services Inc. is seeking a Wave 1 Chat & Email Support Representative to join our growing team in Binangonan Rizal. This is a full-time position that will involve providing high-quality customer support through chat and email channels.

What you'll be doing

1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
3. Provide product information and guidance to customers
4. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
