At CloudConsole IT Services', we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Wave 1 Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in our Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to help resolve their inquiries.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to incoming calls and emails from customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Providing first-line support to customers and resolving their queries efficiently
• Documenting customer interactions and following up on outstanding issues
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products, services and policies
