About the role

CloudConsole IT Services is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Contact Centre Agent to join our team. This is a full-time role based in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila, supporting our Airline Account (Voice) clients. As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound voice interactions.

What you'll be doing

1. Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries with a professional and courteous manner
2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
4. Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services
