Role Summary:
We are hiring motivated and detail-driven Customer Service Representatives to join our non-voice support team. This role is responsible for assisting customers through written communication platforms, ensuring concerns are handled efficiently and professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to customer requests through email, chat, and ticketing tools
  • Ensure accurate and consistent information is provided in every interaction
  • Resolve customer issues within established service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain complete and organized documentation of customer interactions
  • Comply with internal policies, processes, and quality standards
