Wave Technician

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure that SMT-produced PCBs meet required quality standards and comply with industry regulations and specifications.

2. Continuously monitor SMT production processes to identify potential issues and areas for improvement. This includes production data analysis (via Statistical Process Control – SPC) and inspection to track trends in quality and identify root causes of defects.

3. Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, working with cross-functional teams to resolve them. This includes defect investigation in SMT-produced PCBs, with relevant inspection tools.

4. Develop and implement corrective actions to address defects, ensuring that they are resolved and prevent recurrence.

5. Responsible for the risk assessment of equipment and line body when the layout of the workshop is adjusted.

6. Responsible for PM maintenance planning of various equipment, lines and tools.
