Job Overview

Responsible for leading and managing on-site installation teams, ensuring that construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

● Supervise and lead a team for on-site installation of steel structures.
● Coordinate daily site activities, manpower, and material arrangements.
● Conduct site measurements, inspections, and verify work progress.
● Prepare and submit daily progress reports to project management.
● Ensure all work complies with technical specifications, safety, and quality standards.
● Support the project team in problem-solving and technical troubleshooting.
● Liaise with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

● Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
